WHEREAS:

 

(A) the Assignor is the proprietor of the trade mark (“the Trade Marks”) registered in Iran short particulars of which are set out in the schedule hereto.

 

(B) The Assignor has agreed to assign the Trade Marks to the Assignee for the consideration hereinafter mentioned.

 

NOW THIS ASSIGNMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of  ………….
